Sale & Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Dinkum Dolls Pty Limited, ABN 75 693 005 328, address at 101 Grafton Street L 14, Suite 1401, Bondi Junction NSW 2022, Australia ("Dinkum Dolls"). 

Promotion: Win a Dinkum Toy Haul ("the Promotion"). Entry is free. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase does not increase the chance of winning. 

Promotional period: Starts 12:00am AEST on 1 October 2026 and ends 11:59pm AEDT on 15 October 2026 (Sydney time). 

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older and the age of majority in their state at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its agencies and their immediate families and household members are not eligible. 

How to enter: Visit [us.dinkumdolls.com/pages/dinkum-toy-haul-sweepstake], complete the entry form with your first name, email address, who you are shopping for and submit. 

Limit: One entry per person and per email address. Duplicate, automated, bulk or incomplete entries are invalid. 

Draw: 2 winners will be drawn at random at 101 Grafton Street L 14, Suite 1401, Bondi Junction NSW 2022, Australia at 10:00am AEDT on 16 October 2026. 

Prize: Each winner receives a Dinkum Toy Haul (Unicorn Nova, Happy Birthday Set, Cozy Day Dinkum Bobby Bear, Binky Kittycorn Sprinkle, Cozy Bag Charm Fox Finnley, Carrie Convertible Changing Set Rainbow, Sollie Stroller Seat Rainbow), plus an AUD 100 Dinkum Dolls digital gift card. 

Gift card: Redeemable online at dinkumdolls.com.au only, no expiry, not exchangeable for cash. 

Notification: Winners will be notified by email on 19 October 2026 and must claim by replying with their full name, postal address and phone number by 11:59pm AEDT on 26 October 2026. 

Unclaimed prizes: If a prize is not claimed by the deadline, a redraw will take place at 10:00am AEDT on 27 October 2026. 

Delivery: Physical prizes will be delivered to a verified address provided by the winner. Digital gift cards will be delivered electronically to the verified winner email address. Delivery timing is estimated at 10 business days after verification, subject to stock, carrier and local conditions. 

Prize conditions: Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If a prize item becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all taxes. 

Verification: The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that breaches these terms. 

Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies and their officers, directors, employees and agents, and Meta Platforms, Inc. and TikTok Inc. (together, the "Released Parties") from any liability, claims, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or unreadable entries, or for technical, network, computer or email failures of any kind. Prizes are awarded "as is", without warranty of any kind beyond any manufacturer's warranty. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES’ LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS SET OUT ABOVE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. 

Privacy: Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://us.dinkumdolls.com/pages/privacy and used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, fulfil prizes and, where the entrant separately consents, send marketing communications. 

Platforms: This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or TikTok. Entrants release those platforms from any liability. 

Tax: The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Seek independent financial advice. 

General conditions: The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with entry processes, uses automated systems, provides false information, violates these Rules or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, corrupted, misdirected or technically failed entries, to the extent permitted by law.
